I probably don't need to post this many photos from my Chelsea shoot, but I find myself drawn to these images and feel there may be a sort of implied story from the series.
My body and mind are going are spacing out for the night, but I did want to share a few photos. I'll be bumping around North Carolina (specifically Asheville), Georgia and Tennessee for a couple of weeks before I go out West for a month. There is still plenty of time to shoot if you are interested.
R.Blackburn has a few photos published in the B&W Special Edition of portfolio contest winners. One of the pieces is a photo from our first session together.
Substances reflect light in unique manners. I have done a few honey shoots in my life, but this was my first time to pour honey on my face. The honey produced results I would not have expected. The honey became like a mask, adding a layer of reflective substance to the entirety of my face, and morphing my appearance. I may not look like myself here, but I do find the photos strangely interesting to look at.
